Introducing 'Hidden Beneath' a unique single cask expression drawn from our historic and limited stocks from 1982 which is available only to those who seek to visit Broras newly restored home.

Hidden Beneath is the first in the series, so named because in this unusual and illuminating cask the dark veil drawn by smoke over lighter aromas and flavours is lifted by more subtle peating, to reveal unseen richness below.

Tasting Notes

Less familiar characters come vividly to life in this release. Abundant top notes of coconut and grape skin dance with a spicy note of wood. Smoothly sweet, fruity and peppery flavours merge into an intense, long finish with a light wisp of smoke. No one voice dominates; all are heard. A sophisticated liquid, beautifully balanced at natural strength, this is Brora at its most revealing.

In future years, further releases of The Distillery Collection will be revealed, one by one. There will only ever be 150 bottles of this. Hidden Beneath a Brora pure and simple.
