DON JULIO’S LEGACY
Don Julio González Estrada devoted his life to crafting remarkable tequila. At just 17 he secured a loan that meant he could start to realise his dream – and he founded his first distillery in the Jaliscan Highlands. Don Julio would walk the agave fields every day, tending to the ground around each plant to protect and nurture it. He oversaw every aspect of distillation in his quest to produce the finest tequila. He more than succeeded – and his legacy lives on today in every drop of Don Julio.
