Mortlach 20 Year Old

Here's how to make it:
- Add sugar, bitters, and water to a mixing glass and muddle until the sugar dissolves.
- Add some ice and Mortlach 20, stirring for a few minutes.
- Strain into a rocks glass with a large block of ice and garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange peel.

Here's how to make it:
- Add Johnnie Walker Blue Label, vermouth, orange bitters, Angostura bitters and some ice into a mixing glass.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.

Salted Caramel Old Fashioned by Karina Sánchez
Here's how to make it:
- Place some sea salt into a plastic container and, using a smoking gun, fill the container with applewood smoke. Seal and leave for 1 hour.
- Add half a bar spoon of the smoked sea salt per 25ml of caramel syrup.
- Add Don Julio 1942, the caramel syrup and ice to a rocks glass and stir thoroughly. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
