For the first in the series, The Singleton 38-year-old delivers a supremely decadent flavour profile based around baked apple and caramel drizzle. A vibrant, intensely fruity and powerfully smooth Singleton of Glen Ord, from an experimental batch matured in refill casks then double matured for more than twice that time in highly active wood, to yield a perfect harmony of flavours. At 38 years old, this whisky is approaching four decades in the making and only 1,689 bottles have been released, making it a rare bottling created to be shared and enjoyed.
