Delivery

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days, with an additional 3 days lead time required for engraved orders.

Due to the high value of our products we require a signature on delivery. Our private delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery as pre-arranged with our private delivery company you may be subject to re-delivery fees.

No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays for all services.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday or next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be processed on the following Monday or next business day.

During periods of high volume of orders, we seek your understanding to expect potential delays.

DELIVERY, TITLE, AND RISK

 

We aim to deliver Product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time set out in the Dispatch Email but we cannot give an exact delivery date. If we have not delivered the Product(s) within 10 days of the Contract or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you. We can only deliver Product(s) to addresses within Singapore. Ownership and risk of the Product(s) will pass to you on delivery.

OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY

 

By agreeing to these terms, you agree that the Seller reserves the full discretionary right to refuse the delivery of any Product(s), such as in the event that a request for proof of legal drinking age is not met or there is any profanity which includes but is not limited to the use of any obscene, offensive, hateful, inflammatory or sexually explicit language.
