Oyster Cart Promo on https://www.diageorareandexceptional.sg terms and conditions (“the Promotion”).
The Promotion is only open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years or over.
Promotion commences at 00:01AM on 15 July 2022 and closes at 11:59PM on 30 August 2022 (“Promotional Period”).
During the Promotional Period, you must order and complete the purchase of Talisker products over $700 on https://www.diageorareandexceptional.sg, an oyster bundle with TheOysterCart.com for the Soigné Lite Oyster bundle will be automatically added to your cart as a complimentary. On purchase, you will receive an email bearing $70 credit in the form of a voucher code that can be used on TheOysterCart.com. You can redeem your complimentary bundle directly through the TheOysterCart,com.
This offer of the Promotion will be limited to one set per order. Purchases made outside of the Promotional Period will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion.
There will no limit on the maximum of the orders during the Promotional Period.
The voucher code is valid for 1 year from receipt. If you do not redeem it within this time period, you are deemed to reject receiving the complimentary oyster bundle.
The oyster bundle is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Please allow 30 5 days from the date of order for delivery of the voucher code of the oyster bundle.
The Promoter will only collect and use your personal information (“PI”) for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, oyster bundle suppliers and, as required, to Singaporean regulatory authorities. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://diageopromotions.com.au/privacy#cookies. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for [an definite period], unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning you. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how you may opt out of marketing, access, update or correct your PI, how you can contact and may complain about a breach of the Singaporean Privacy Principles. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Singapore, and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Singaporean Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion, you consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Singaporean Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).
While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to you for any losses, risks that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the you at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by the consumption of complimentary oyster bundle provided by The Oyster Cart.
This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Singaporean law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singaporean Courts.
You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
